Corporate GHG Emissions Reporting

The Climate Corporate Data Accountability Act (Senator Scott Wiener - SD11),  is the first in the nation comprehensive corporate GHG emissions disclosure, covering over 5,000 of the nation’s largest and most profitable public and private companies. When implemented in 2026 it will usher in a new era of carbon data accountability and give companies the data they need to decarbonize, empower consumers, investors, and policymakers to take action and puts an end to greenwashing.
